AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jetaire Group is seeking a hands-on operations leader to drive focused Lean Six Sigma initiatives at the Fayetteville GA manufacturing facility based on the strategic priorities and needs of the company. The Director of Operations will manage overall manufacturing activity including engineering, production goals, and management of exempt and nonexempt associates involved in production, assembly, subassembly or fabrication operations. The hands-on individual will have value stream management responsibilities, analyze business metrics / trends and drive people and process improvements.
